HAN TONG Chinese Children’s Choir Basel

Our Children’s Choir offers children an opportunity to develop their singing voice while at the same time exploring the repertoire of Chinese songs. The programme features traditional and modern songs from China. The choir is open to children from 6 to 15 years, with and without Chinese knowledge.

Our choir’s goal is to experience the fun and the joy of singing. The chorus leader follows the natural and playful Orff Approach and emphasizes careful vocal training.

It is possible to join the children’s choir at any time. Regular participation in the weekly rehearsals is expected. Additional rehearsals before concerts are possible by arrangement.
